Delina fragrance Review
The Delina fragrance has three variations: the original Delina, Delina Exclusive, and Delina La Rose. I try to discuss the characteristics, notes, and appropriate occasions for each fragrance, along with personal preferences and recommendations.
Original Delina
- Type: Fruity Floral
- Notes: Bergamot, Rhubarb, Nutmeg, Turkish Rose, Peony, Vanilla, Musk, Cashmere, Vetiver, and Incense.
- Characteristics: Sharp, tart, spicy, and rosy with a complex and unique profile.
- Best for: Spring and summer, suitable for outdoor activities like brunches, garden parties, and weddings.
- Recommendation: Ideal for those who love unique, pretty, and feminine fragrances but not a safe blind buy due to its complexity.
Delina Exclusive
- Type: Woody and Creamy
- Notes: Lychee, Pear, Bergamot, Turkish Rose, Oud, Incense, Vanilla, Amber, and Woody notes.
- Characteristics: Smooth, creamy, and more unisex with woody and amber base notes.
- Best for: Fall and winter, suitable for date nights and night-time wear.
- Recommendation: A safer blind buy than the original Delina but still not for everyone due to the oud and woody notes. Highly complimented and projects well.
Delina La Rose
- Type: Fruity Floral with Watery Notes
- Notes: Lychee, Pear, Bergamot, Peony, Turkish Rose, Watery notes, Floral notes, White Musk, Woody notes, and Haitian Vetiver.
- Characteristics: Light, fluid, and more accessible with a sweet, fruity, and floral profile.
- Best for: Hot weather and those who prefer lighter scents that are not overly sweet or sticky.
- Recommendation: Likely to appeal to a broader audience due to its simpler and more universally pleasing scent.
